What is e-Reformer?
A new approach for hydrogen production: an electrified update of the steam reforming reactions. Traditionally, heat for reforming reaction is generated through combustion, thus resulting in heavy amount of carbon dioxide emissions. e-Reformer can replace the combustion process with direct resistive and uniforming heating due to its unique structure, printed by 3D technology.

Biomass as feedstock
Hydrogen production system starts with selecting the feedstock, it can be either biomass or methane.
e-reformer
Replacement of POX
Traditional pyrolyzer have additional downstream systems such as POX for pyrogas/biogas process to hydrogen. POX can be replaced by e-Reformer.
electrification
Process driven 100% by electricity
e-Reformer is 100% driven by electricity. This electricity can be completly green if using renewable resources. Electrification will also increase the final yield of hydrogen.
Production
Production of high-purity and high-quality hydrogen
Compared with conventional POX, the final hydrogen yield is increased by 20%. The e-Reformer is designed to be more energy efficient and leads to a reduction of. carbon footprint and energy consumption.

FEEDSTOCK FLEXIBILITY
e-Reformer can convert biogas or pyro-gas derived from biomass, as well as landfill gas. Conventional green methane can also be applied.

Lower energy consumption. A minimum of 281kW energy can be saved per ton of biomass processed.
circular economy
Can be recoated when its catalyst loses its function. Easily recycled and reused, the materials selected for manufacture are all environmental friendly.

Heated 100% with electricity thus decreasing carbon dioxide emissions. 22% lesser carbon dioxide emission per process run.
